Barre Fitness is a ballet-inspired workout to trim, tighten, and tone your entire body, although ballet experience is NOT required. Yoga and Pilates also form the inspiration for Barre Fitness. Isometric movements performed over a length of time is the power source for this killer toning & conditioning workout. Barre Fitness engages your small, accessory muscles, in addition to your larger muscle groups. By isolating, overloading, and stretching each muscle group, one by one, a long and lean look can be achieved.
