NEW IN LARAMIE!!! BARRE AT LARAMIE DANCE CENTER!

For the first time in Laramie, we are excited to offer Barre fitness classes!  This unique and challenging exercise class combines the use of small intricate movements, with the most effective aspects of ballet, pilates, strength training and deep lengthening recovery stretching. No dance experience is required! Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout that can be modified for all ages and abilities. In Barre we will use ballet bars, exercise balls, hand held weights, and one’s own body weight while stabilizing the core. Participants are asked to work at their own personal best and benefit by improving postural balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Come and have some fun, and develop a strong, lean, and toned physique while you listen to music that inspires you to move!
